A Heart Path

The Heart Path is Quantum -

It appears to move slowly through the world, but a lot is happening simultaneously - meaning all of a sudden a lot will appear or a ‘quantum leap’ will occur. This replicates nature & Cosmos, moving at ‘natures pace’ - where throughout annual, Cosmic & astrological cycles more takes place simultaneously than the human mind can even begin to comprehend!

Before we begin to discuss further it is important to understand we work with the Heart, because it is inclusive, holistic & unifying - to work with the Heart is to work with the WHOLE body & energy system, the Earth, Cosmos & Source. By working with the Heart, we also work with & Celebrate the intelligence of the Whole Body, Ecosystem & Life.

Processes may be literal & practical, or metaphorical & analogous, tangible or intangible, finite or infinite. But the important factor is that it’s an INCLUSIVE method & path ; anything goes & all is welcome! Energetically every aspect, layer & dimension is covered; all centres are honoured & supported.

  • The physical Heart regulates our biological functions, communicates with the whole body & Nervous System, pumps blood (vital for regeneration, holds our DNA, carries oxygen), works in tandem with/ commands lungs, sends more messages to the brain than vice versa, & is ALWAYS the last organ to stop functioning when the human body crosses realms.

  • The Heart is also Cosmic - connecting us with a wider Cosmic Field & Universal Heart - meaning there is a powerful energetic & ‘ethereal’ aspect of the Heart.

  • Known as the Seat of the Soul, an awakened heart is continually receiving & attuning us to the commands of our Spirit, sometimes referred to as our ‘Higher Selves’.

  • It connects us viscerally to the wider field of existence; the Ecosystem & Planet.

  • It generates our Electromagnetic Field, Subtle Bodies, Light Bodies or what some traditions refer to as our MerKaBa (body of light).

  • The first referring to our anchor point & communication system with the Earth & Ecosystem.

  • The second to our entire complex & different layers of our energy field.

  • The third being a slightly more etheric formation of intelligent light carried & generated in the field generally.

  • The last relates to the cohesion & coherence of all prior (along with other factors), functioning at ‘a high level’, & is most broadly used as a method of travel or inter-dimensional communication & interfacing.

All these things also link with our Aura & Auric Field, which is ‘a more basic version’, like a living record & expression of our current &/or historic experiences emitted from the Whole Body as a totality, & which most energetic objects display some version of.

  • The Heart plays a MAJOR part in helping us to experience Universal Consciousness, as well as connection with Self, Sentient Life, & others.

Cosmic Consciousness’ & the Heart…

‘Cosmic Consciousness’ & Experiencing Occurs Through Energetic Movements, Remembrance & Activated Brain States.

Activated brain states cannot be accessed through ‘logic’ alone - they are experiential.

We could spend a lot of time thinking about it (!) - & we might ACTUALLY see some results (!) - but that would be purely because it has instigated things happening on deeper levels.

Working with the heart can help us alter our disposition over time, shift our beliefs, fall in love with ourselves, adore our bodies, enjoy our lives, develop inner riches, communicate with Source & Earth, awaken gifts & intuition, overcome challenges & much more.

The conscious mind is like the tip of the iceberg

~ but the Heart is a Powerhouse of an intermediary ~

- communicating with EVERYTHING, receiving that information & sending to where it needs to reach.

Historical events, cellular memory, the environment around us, information about the ecosystem, Earths Vibration, Cosmos, interactions with others, beliefs & so on - when this information reaches the subconscious through the body system (which is like an antenna & record keeper), only a small amount reaches conscious awareness.

The heart has a far greater capacity to communicate with & regulate the subconscious, because it is working in a continual symbiotic union with it.

This is why if you ‘train your heart’ (basically learn to feel into it, listen to it & communicate with it),

you will autonomously

have a more harmonious & aware relationship with all aspects of Self

& easier access to altered states which bring innumerable benefits

such as regeneration & healing, radiance, youthfulness (regardless of age), resourcefulness, resilience, natural intelligence, grace, expanded intuition & so on.

Which feed into things like self trust, self knowing, self love, self assurance, self autonomy, direction, connection etc

The heart ALSO makes it its job to regulate & assist EVERY other centre too, helping the whole body & being to unlock, activate, reach towards & experience unity

of Mind, Body, Heart & Soul on every level.

A bridge resting between upper and lower worlds conversing with both, it regulates lower & upper energy centres (chakras).

it is responsible for regulating the organs, the blood, breath, subconscious, inner, outer - the electromagnetic field, subtle bodies light bodies and connection to ecosystem and environment.
