I created this website & my other outlets to share with you, a space where you’ve been invited to take a moment away.

I miss the days, when being online didn’t feel so rushed, synthetic or convoluted. So I also set out to create a place that defies all that!!

A place you can come & have a metaphorical time out & cup of tea.

And I hope, like after any good cuppa, you can leave feeling a little more satiated, & having had ‘a really good conversation’ that soothes, ignites & inspires body, mind, heart and Soul.

So here from the sweet-box of colour pops, to information your heart & Spirit may just have guided you towards, pour yourself your favourite beverage & find a place for a quiet moment.
